Add a signature to your emails.

If you’re directly communicating with your customers via Productlane, you will want your users to know who they are talking with. You can do that by adding a signature in the settings.

You can do that by opening the Signature settings

Or just open your Productlane Settings, go to Your Account -> Email and add your favored signature.

Pro tip: If you add a link to your portal in your footer, you can get even more user feedback.
